Sport for All

As a member of the SCSA (Secondary Catholic Sports Association) »¤Ê¿É«Ç鯬 students enjoy the physical challenge, sense of belonging and active fun of training and competing in a team through inter-school and house sports.

»¤Ê¿É«Ç鯬 teams also compete in other state and national competitions including the Schoolaerobics National Championships (where »¤Ê¿É«Ç鯬 teams have secured bronze and silver medals), the Interschool Gymnastics Competition and the Waverley International Schools Netball Championship.

SCSA and the »¤Ê¿É«Ç鯬 Dragons

At »¤Ê¿É«Ç鯬 we offer different sports throughout the year, many of these are through our sporting association SCSA (Secondary Catholic Sports Association). Aerobics, Gymnastics and two of our Netball Competitions are run through external organisations. All students are able to trial and be selected for each sport. Expressions of interest Google Forms are sent out to students prior to the first trial. Our sports program includes weekly training of at least 5 weeks leading up to the competition.
There are no trials for Cross Country or Gymnastics, allowing all students a chance to participate and be a member of the »¤Ê¿É«Ç鯬 Dragons.
»¤Ê¿É«Ç鯬 is an affiliate member of School Sports Victoria which allows students the chance to trial for the SSV State Teams for the sport they wish. Endorsement by signature from the College Principal is required to trial.
